【摘要】:Theproceduresforthedeterminationofpropertiesofsingle-filamenthosereinforcingwiremadefromsteelareconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofthisproductbecausetheproceduresarethebestavailableandhavebeenusedextensivelyinthetrade.5.1.1Inthecaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthesetestmethodsforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandsuppliershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedforinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,twopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimenswhichareashomogeneousaspossibleandwhicharefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Thetestspecimensthenshouldberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Theaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedbyusinganappropriatestatisticaltestandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforetestingisbegun.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbedeterminedandcorrectedorthepurchaserandsuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultswithconsiderationtotheknownbias.1.1Thesetestmethodscovertestingofsinglefilamentsteelwiresthatareusedtoreinforcehoseproducts.Byagreement,thesetestmethodsmaybeappliedtosimilarfilamentsusedforreinforcingotherrubberproducts.1.2Thesetestmethodsdescribetestproceduresonlyanddonotestablishspecificationsortolerances.1.3Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationsofthemechanicalpropertieslistedbelow:PropertySectionBreakingforce(strength)YieldstrengthElongationKnotstrengthTorsionresistanceReversebendWrapDiameter【英文标准名称】:Waterquality;determinationofsodiumandpotassium;part2:determinationofpotassiumbyatomicabsorptionspectrometry
