【摘要】:Thisproposedaddendumwouldallowtheuseofsmallamountsofflammablerefrigerantsinsmallportablecoolingappliancesand/orself-containedrefrigerationsystemswithoutapprovalbytheauthorityhavingjurisdictionthroughanexceptiontoSection7.5.3.Thischangefollowsanincreasingglobaltrendforsafetystandardstopermittheuseofsmallamountsofflammablerefrigerantswhenproducttestingforsafetyisconductedbyarecognizedandapprovedtestinglaboratoryorinspectionagencyandthelistedproductstatuswithsuchorganizationsismaintained.
