【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60300servesasanapplicationguidetoareliabilitystressscreeningprocessforelectronichardware.Theconcept,purposeandjustificationofthescreeningprocessareexplained.Themainelementsofascreeningprogrammearestated,togetherwiththegeneralplanningprocedure.ThisstandardisintendedasaguideandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithoneoftheIECreliabilitystressscreeningstandards,("tools"inthetoolboxconcept),referencedinclause15,basedonthescreeningprocessapplicationlevel.Thisstandardgivesguidanceincaseswhereitisessentialthatearlyfailuresberemovedfromtheitemsmanufacturedinordertodeliverthemtothecustomerwhentheproblemscausingtheearlyfailuresaresolved.Thestandardalsogivesguidanceonwherethereliabilitystressscreeningshouldbecarriedout,i.e.componentlevel,subsystemlevel,orsystemlevel(seefigure1),andcanalsobeusedwherestepstoreducetheriskofearlyfailuresareincludedinacontract.Thisstandardisaimedatpersonnelinthecontractdepartment,projectmanagement,productdevelopment,processmanagement,production,qualitycontrolandpurchasing.
