【摘要】:Theacousticalimpedancepropertiesofasoundabsorptivematerialarerelatedtoitsphysicalproperties,suchasairflowresistance,porosity,elasticity,anddensity.Assuch,themeasurementsdescribedinthistestmethodareusefulinbasicresearchandproductdevelopmentofsoundabsorptivematerials.Normalincidencesoundabsorptioncoefficientsaremoreusefulthanrandomincidencecoefficientsincertainsituations.Theyareused,forexample,topredicttheeffectofplacingmaterialinasmallenclosedspace,suchasinsideamachine.Estimatesoftherandomincidenceorstatisticalabsorptioncoefficientsformaterialscanbeobtainedfromnormalincidenceimpedancedata.Formaterialsthatarelocallyreacting,thatis,withoutsoundpropagationinsidethematerialparalleltoitssurface,statisticalabsorptioncoefficientscanbeestimatedfromspecificnormalacousticimpedancevaluesusinganexpressionderivedbyLondon(1).5Locallyreactingmaterialsincludethosewithhighinternallossesparallelwiththesurfacesuchasporousorfibrousmaterialsofhighdensityormaterialsthatarebackedbypartitionedcavitiessuchasahoneycombcore.Formulasforestimatingrandomincidencesoundabsorptionpropertiesforbothlocallyandbulk-reactingmaterials,aswellasformultilayersystemswithandwithoutairspaceshavealsobeendeveloped(2).1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheuseofanimpedancetube,alternativelycalledastandingwaveapparatus,forthemeasurementofimpedanceratiosandthenormalincidencesoundabsorptioncoefficientsofacousticalmaterials.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO140concernsfieldmeasurementsofairbornesoundinsulationandimpactsoundinsulation,andistobeusedasasupplementtoISO140-4andISO140-7.ItcontainsguidelinesonsoundinsulationmeasurementsinspecialsituationsinthefieldnotdirectlycoveredbyISO140-4andISO140-7.NOTEThebasicstandardsISO140-4andISO140-7specifythemeasurementprocedureindetailunderidealconditions,butgiveonlylittleinformationonhowtoestablishasuitablemeasurementset-upinroomsdifferingfromsimplebox-shapedroomsofnormallivingroomsize.Whenitcomestoverylargerooms,longandnarrowrooms,staircases,coupledrooms,etc.,noguidanceisgiveninthebasicstandards,whichiswhytheguidelinesinthispartofISO140havebeenprepared.Useoftheguidelineswillcontributetoimprovementinthereproducibilityofbuildingacousticsfieldmeasurementsand,furthermore,facilitatetheperformanceofmeasurementsbyavoidingtime-consumingconsiderationsinactualmeasurementsituations.ThispartofISO140isprimarilyapplicabletomeasurementsinroomsindwellings,schools,hotels,etc.,withvolumeslessthan250m3.ItisnotmandatorytousetheseguidelinesinconnectionwithmeasurementsaccordingtoISO140-4andISO140-7unlessthisisstatedelsewhere.
