【摘要】:Themandrelbendtestissimpleandfast.Itrequireslittleinvestmentinequipmentandlittleoperatortraining.Theprimepurposeistodeterminewhetherafilmofadhesivecoatedonasubstratemeetsflexibilityrequirements.Thetestisalsousefulforcomparingflexibilityofadhesives.Itcanbeusedtodesignadhesivesbycomparingtheflexibilityofvariousformulationstomeetspecificend-useparameters.Theadhesiveflexibilitycanbedeterminedattemperaturesotherthanambientbyconditioningthetestapparatusandtestspecimenatthedesiredtemperatureandperformingthetestunderthoseconditions.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheflexibilityofanadhesivefilmbondedtoaflexiblesubstrate.Theresultsareusefulforcomparingflexibilityofadhesivesandnotforabsolutecharacterizationofadhesives.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
