【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforassessingtheoxidationstabilityofphosphateesterhydraulicfluids.TheseproductsfallintocategoryHFDRofENISO6743-4[2]andintocategoriesTSD,TGDandTCDofISO6743-5[3].Theamountofaciddevelopedduringthetestandthemasschangesofthemetalspecimensareusedtoassessthelevelofoxidationstability.Theprecisionofthetestmethodappliestochangesinacidnumberupto3,0mgKOH/gandchangesinmassofupto3mgpertestpiece.ThechangeofacidityisdeterminedusingoneofthetestmethodsISO6618,ISO6619,orISO7537.Resultsfromtwodifferenttestmethodsarenotnecessarilycompatibleanddirectcomparisonneedscaution.NOTEThistestmethodmayalsobeappliedtoothernon-aqueousfire-resistantfluids,suchasthosefallingintocategoryHFDUofENISO6743-4[2].WARNING—TheuseofthisEuropeanStandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipmentThisdocumentdoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisdocumenttoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
